America250PA Indiana County Parade

The Indiana County Tourist Bureau and Downtown Indiana are proud to announce the America250PA™ Indiana County Parade, taking place on Friday, July 3, 2026, with a 6:30 PM step-off in downtown Indiana.

This festive parade will serve as a highlight of the community’s celebration of America250PA™, commemorating the 250th anniversary of the United States. Residents and visitors alike are invited to gather along the parade route and enjoy an evening of patriotic pride, community spirit, and family-friendly entertainment.

Our nation’s 250th anniversary, provides a unique opportunity to reflect on our nation’s history while celebrating the vibrant communities that make it special,” said Laura Herrington, Executive Director of the Indiana County Tourist Bureau. “We are excited to bring people together in Indiana County for this memorable event.”

“This parade is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate America while showcasing the spirit, pride, and unity of our downtown and surrounding communities,” said Sam Kenly, Executive Director of Downtown Indiana. “We invite everyone to join us in creating a truly memorable and festive experience for all.”

The parade will begin at 10th Street and travel along Philadelphia Street to 5th Street, offering ample viewing opportunities throughout downtown. The event will feature a variety of participants, including local organizations, businesses, performers, first responders, and community groups, all coming together to honor this historic milestone.

All Indiana County municipalities, townships, school districts, local businesses, churches, and community organizations are encouraged to take part.
