“It’s A Wonderful Life” 5K and Christmas in July Festival
Join us for the second annual “It’s A Wonderful Life” 5K & Christmas in July Festival on Saturday, July 25 at Mytrysak Family Tree Farm.
A Downtown Indiana event sponsored by Mytrysak Family Tree Farm & Greenhouse and in collaboration with the Indiana County Tourist Bureau and Historical & Genealogical Society of Indiana County.
5K and 3K fun run in the morning! Come back for an evening of food trucks, vendors, kids activities, live music, Christmas tree decorating contest, and fireworks at Mytrysak Family Tree Farm! This event is a fundraiser for the It’s a Wonderful Life Holiday Parade and Festival in Indiana, PA.
It's a Wonderful Life 5K
Run starts at 8 AM. Registration at 7 AM.
The run starts and ends in Downtown Indiana, PA.
Athletes registered online by June 25th, 2026 are guaranteed a race t-shirt. T-shirts are an additional $10 on top of registration. No shows forfeit t-shirts. Each athlete participating will receive a special gift for running in our event!
We know the cause for a 5k is important to our racers and we thank you for this! Profits from the race will support the It’s a Wonderful Life Parade in Downtown Indiana!

5:00 pm – Blairsville Community Brass Band
7:00 pm – Somebody to Love
10:00 pm – Tree Lighting & Fireworks

Bring the holiday spirit to life in our Tree Decorating Competition! Gather your team, choose a fun theme, and give your Christmas tree a creative name. Whether you sponsor one tree or create a larger holiday scene with multiple trees, this is a great opportunity for team-building, creativity, and festive fun.
